Shutter Count
The Shutters for the EOS R100 are factory-preset! No adjustment is possible!
Reset the current Shutter Count to '0' after a new shutter replacement
• When installing a new shutter, you should reset the shutter count to zero.
- For used shutters, restore the count to its previous value.
- You can also view and, if needed, reset the Shutter Replacement History.
Release Count
Change the Count number your customer sees in their Camera Menu

The number shown in the Camera Menu and by Shutter-Count apps is the Total Release Count.
