Have this Canon 5D3 that has issues with the exposure. Two successive picture of the same situation, turn out completely different, 1 overexposed and one normally exposed. .... Could this be a board problem?

Had one in that was water damaged, bur still worked. it did give an error 20 and error 40. In software it displayed 252 (active sensor clean unit failed) and 240 (couldn't detect mirror up). After disassemling it showed some water related spots on brush in phase switch. Also the base of phase switch was starting to oxidise, cleaned both and after assembling it worked normal.
