I'm very happy with your software 5DMK3, 6DMK2 and 5DMK4.

Sorry if this comes across as a complaint, but it seems like I may have rec'd two tips of the same size. They are virtually identical. Any way you might have sent the wrong items?

I'm not certain what size I have, but they sure seem the same to my eyes even using magnification.

Just did the repair and alignment on the lens. The label number made perfect sense once I was in the software.
Its all there, very easy and all alignments fell right in. Testing the lens after the repair (new IS unit) and alignment was perfect

Just finished up a Canon 1Dx job that came through the door D.O.A.
I was searching for this problem through the many SPTnet emails I save and was able to come up with the solution from one of you guys experience.

Being a one man shop I just wanted to thank Chuck and all you that are members of SPT. I couldn't do it without y'all!!

Without the SPT software many camera cannot be brought back to life what I repair. Very useful software. It is necessary if you want to repair cameras.
A little bit the price is high for me for a camera which is old and the value is low, therefore not worth to repair that camera and buy the software for that camera, (for me with not a large number of repairs) but it is very worth it for a 5D for example.

Thanks for your help as always, Eos 5DS / 5DSR software works beautifully, replaced 5 shutters last week all cameras were about 6 months old and had shutter counts of over 750,000 one had 1,500,000 shots on it..! in old terms that would equate to 41,666 36 exp films in 6 months..! Blimey.
