After replacing the shutter we needed to adjust the high speeds. Software made it a 5 minute job.

The time this software has saved us have been unbelievable. We own allot of SPT software.

We owned essential and then later need the advanced plugins. Using Upgrade we were able to do that for this and future repairs on this camera model.

Thanks Chuck ... giving us the ability to upgrade our essential software without taking a price hit was nice of you.

Once again reading the internal error and causes saved a bunch of time.

Being able to read the internal error codes and causes was a real time saver.

The adjustment for replacing and adjusting the new shutter were great .. simple and fast.

This adjustment software has been great. The amount of time it has saved us is unbelievable. As with all of the software we have purchased in the past, this current version has paid for itself a number of times.
