I do appreciate your support! And no idea why the R one isn't working, weird thing is that it worked on my windows 10 installation about week ago....now no matter what I do I does not work on any of my PCs. …………………….
Thanks for the tips. I tried both but none of them work. HOWEVER I tried to also remove Czech language and switch everything to English. That was it....all working fine now

I recently purchased the software for the Eos R so I can swap out a main board with a damaged SD card slot. Have a bit of an issue and wondered if you had ever seen it.?
I have popped the new pcb into the camera to start the process of sending over all the data, the new board just puts the SD card read/write light on solidly and wont let me do anything else, no buttons respond, I remember on the 5D MK IV having to tape up a battery con [...read more]

Charles ..... Sorry to say I'm in trouble again. The problem is I attach the camera and "connect" the camera opens the shutter and the LCD shows image although there is no lens but if I change the view the brightness changes. Then the software advises the board requires re initialising It wont allow to change any settings, on the camera (its locked in P with red led on the back glowing away)
